Every Kitsu Krate includes a minimum of 4+ kawaii Sanrio items (depending on size selected).
Our Mini Kitsu Krate includes 4 items, our Small Krate includes 6+ items, our Medium Krate includes 10+ items, and our Large Kitsu Krate includes a minimum of 20 items!
You may receive goodies such as:

No two krates are the same — that’s part of the magic ✨
🔁 Will I receive duplicates if I order more than one box?
If you purchase multiple Kitsu Krates in the same order, I always make every effort to avoid including duplicate items. I carefully check and coordinate the contents so that each box feels unique and varied.
However, as all krates are curated from available stock and follow a mystery format, occasional similarities may occur particularly with smaller accessory items or popular characters. If you are ordering multiple boxes as gifts, you are welcome to leave a note at checkout and I will do my best to diversify the contents where possible💖
🎨 Can I request a completely custom box?
At this time, Kitsu Krates follow a mystery format, meaning fully custom-built boxes are not available. The surprise element is part of what makes each krate special and fun to open.
However, you are very welcome to leave your preferences at checkout, including favourite characters, preferred colours, or any characters you would rather avoid. While I cannot guarantee specific items due to stock availability, I always take notes into careful consideration and tailor your box as closely as possible within the theme✨💕

❌ Do you accept returns?
Due to the mystery nature of Kitsu Krates, returns or exchanges are not accepted simply based on item preference, as the surprise element is a key part of the experience.
However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. I will always review the situation promptly and do my best to offer a fair solution, whether that be a replacement (where possible) or another appropriate resolution.

All Kitsu Krates are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK within 5 working days of purchase. Once your order has been posted, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the postal service selected at checkout.
International shipping is available, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on customs in your country. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges that may apply.
